For a company nearby Maastricht we are looking for a fulltime Air- Charter specialist who will be responsible for international air-transport orders that need to be executed within a (customer) specified timeframe with the aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Jobdescription:
Dispatch and organise air-transport, mainly dedicated charters
Provide Quotations, planning, booking and co-ordinating the operation of chartered aircraft.
Arranging handling and ground transport, from initional enquiery to delivery;
Communicate with customers, aircraft operators and air-freight companies
Monitor and controls air-transport orders
Co-ordinates and exchanges information with several department
Excecutes administrative activities
