For an international marketeer in LCD monitors we are looking for a Russian order desk specialist.

The order desk specialist is responsible for taking orders from clients located in Russian speaking countries. You will serve as the main window to the customers and agents in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
- The primary focus of this role is to facilitate the supply chain activities necessary to deliver their products to markets in West Europe and a few export countries they are covering from Amsterdam.
-You report directly to the operation manager and work to assist the managers and agents.
- You will be in touch with the forwarder or warehouse in case urgent status of the shipments are requested.
- The responsibilities have a broad scope including order intake, order administration, shipping document preparation, communication and handling rebate and credit requests. This position will liaise closely with our sale agents, country marketing managers and clients in different countries as well as external freight companies.
